HYFUELUP project participated on 2nd October 2023 at the ‘H2020 and HE cluster meeting for biofuels and biomethane projects’ organized by European Climate, Infrastructure and Environment Executive Agency (CINEA) with other Sister Projects also dedicated to bioenergy, biofuels and biomethane, such as SEMPRE-BIO PROJECT, METHAREN or BIOMETHAVERSE.
The event, held in Brussels (Belgium) was the perfect setting to gather all the professionals involved in these projects to exchange information on relevant policy frameworks for end-use technologies and fuels and to foster collaboration and synergies with benefits among all.
Horizon 2020 and Horizon Europe are the EU’s key consecutive funding programmes for research and innovation with a budget of €80 and €95.5 billion, respectively, throughout the period 2014-2027. They tackle climate change, help to achieve the UN’s Sustainable Development Goals and boost the EU’s competitiveness and growth, as they facilitate collaboration and strengthen the impact of research and innovation in key areas such as biofuels and biomethane.
